We're small, early, and moving fast with real firms. You'll shape both the product and how we work as we grow, close to the founder and close to the people who actually use it.

Experienced personal injury attorneys, firm administrators, or claims and lien operators who have lived the closeout grind and want a hand in shaping the tool that fixes it.

• Pressure-test the product against how real firms actually close cases.
• Point us at the lien, disbursement, and compliance edge cases we haven't hit yet.
• Open doors to firms who'd make strong design partners.
• A few hours a month, mostly async, with the occasional call.

This is an equity-only advisory seat, not a salaried role. Advisory shares vest on a standard schedule. We're upfront that it's a bet on where Closeout is headed, made with people who know this work cold.
