Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use the Closeout website, including people who rely on a screen reader, a keyboard, captions or magnification.

Our standard

We build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That covers things like text contrast, labelled form fields, descriptions for meaningful images, full keyboard access, visible focus, and respect for your device's reduced-motion setting.

How we check

Every page of the marketing site and Trust Center is scanned with an automated WCAG 2.2 AA checker on desktop and phone layouts, and we fix what it finds. Automated checks do not catch everything, so we also review forms and interactive parts by hand, including with a keyboard alone.

What we know is not perfect yet

Some pages show short animated product demonstrations. They are illustrations of the product, each with a text description, and they hold still if your device asks for reduced motion. If anything in them is unclear, the text around them and our team can explain the same thing in words.

The Ask Sol assistant is an AI chat. If it is hard to use with your setup, you can reach a person instead at the address below.
