Every day a settled case sits in liens or coordination, the client doesn't get paid, the firm doesn't get paid, and the case can't actually close. We're building the system that ends that delay.
How we think
Three things we believe.
Closeout is a distinct workflow, not a feature.
The back half of every case has its own team, its own cadence, its own stakeholders. Treating it as an afterthought to case management is why it stays broken.
The back half of every case is underbuilt.
Intake and litigation got the tools. Closeout never did. Most firms still run it on spreadsheets and paralegal memory. That isn't a problem to solve later — it's where the money leaks today.
Legal work should be structured, not scattered.
Settlement closeout is a structured problem disguised as a legal one. The data has shape. The steps repeat. The work is automatable. The tooling just hadn't caught up.

Founder note
I spent the last year processing healthcare claims data for hospital systems and saw the same pattern in every case: liens stuck in the middle, closeout work scattered across spreadsheets and email, settlements held for months. Thirty-two interviews with personal injury firms confirmed it. The tooling for the back half of every case had never been built. Closeout is what I'm building from that insight.
