How do I add or remove users at my firm?

A firm administrator can invite new users and revoke access from Settings → Team. Invited users receive a magic-link email to set up their account.

Where can I find my firm's audit log?

The full audit log is in Settings → Audit. Every mutation is recorded with actor, timestamp, IP, and full diff. Firm administrators can export the log at any time.

What does onboarding look like?

Each firm gets dedicated onboarding with our team. Typical timeline is two to four weeks from kickoff, depending on case volume and how many existing systems we're migrating from. We don't ship you a login and walk away.

Can I export my firm's data?

Yes. A firm administrator can request a full export at any time, and we deliver a structured archive within 30 days. No charge.

What happens to my data if my firm cancels?

On termination, customer data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days, except for entries we are required to retain (such as audit logs under ABA Rule 1.15). We provide written confirmation when deletion is complete.

Do you support [my carrier / my lien type]?

Closeout handles Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, hospital, and major commercial carrier liens out of the box. If you have a specific carrier or lien type in mind, send a note to support and we'll confirm coverage and walk through the workflow.
